Water container: Minimum 1 litre (Know your own needs). You alone are responsible for managing your water!

Reusable Cup: There will be no cups available at the aid stations

Whistle

Head-lamp: Compulsory for the whole race. Bring spare batteries.

Food: Aid stations will be stocked with GU, snacks, water & coke. Be sure to have enough food with you to keep you going between these check points.

Race BIB: Must be visible and worn on the front of your shirt.

• • Non-respect of volunteers/organizers and other runners.

• • Non-respect of the route, attempts to cut corners.

• • Transfer your bib to another runner without notifying the organization.

• • Throw papers, empty bottles, energy bars or energy gel on the ground (there will be garbage accessible at every aid station)

• • Dog and other animals prohibited (attached or not)

• • No emergency blanket, waterproof jacket or mobile phone if the weather is bad

2 hours Penalty:

• • No Emergency Blanket

• • No Waterproof Jacket

• • No Mobile Phone

Be aware of the weather is bad you will get disqualified if you run without an emergency blanket, a waterproof jacket or a charged mobile phone.

1hour Penalty:

• • No headlamp

• • Using assistance out of the assistance zones

• • Having someone doing your pacing

30min Penalty:

• • No water container (minimum 1 litre)

• • No food reserve

• • No reusable cup

• • No whistle

RUNNER DECLARATION

Runners undertake to participate or attend this event entirely at their own risk.

Runners also agree that they shall have no claims whatsoever against the organizing body, any individuals, organiser or official, marshal, assistant, helper or agent, the sponsors, any local authority or land owners, in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever they may suffer arising from any injury to my person or loss or damage to property as a result of, or arising out of, whether directly or indirectly, their participation in this event, including their arrival and departure there from and attendance of any ceremony and function thereof, however such loss or damage may arise and regardless of whether or not same shall have been caused directly or indirectly by negligence, of one or more or all of the aforementioned parties.

Runners agree to participate subject to rules of the event. By entering, they agree to email and SMS communications from Entry Ninja and the event organiser, regarding event details.

POSSIBLE CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT

Entrants aren't entitled to a refund should the race organisers decide to postpone or cancel the event due to adverse conditions, such as weather or fires or other (list not exhaustive), made in conjunction with their consulting safety personnel.

In the case of serious adverse conditions leading up to the event which leads to race organisers postponing the event in the interest of runner safety, then entrants can carry over this entry to the new postponed date or defer their entry to the following race year at no extra cost.
