FOOD
At a minimum, each aid station will have the following*:
- GU Energy Gels and Drinks
- Coca Cola
- Water
- Sweets / Chocolates
*Please note Assegaaiboschkloof will not have Coca Cola.
The guide below outlines the specific menu of each aid station. Please make sure you take responsibility for your own fueling.
For the remainder of the information, please respect the guide as indicated, especially with regards to Spectator points. Some of the areas are strictly off-limits and spectators in undesignated areas may cause harm to the future hosting of the event.
